About the name
Synapses are the connection points where neurons transmit information to each other. This process allows the body and brain to communicate, enabling important functions such as interpreting sensory information, regulating bodily functions, responding quickly to stimuli (such as emergencies), and relaxing the body to focus on healing.
As Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), we communicate with your nervous system with the various techniques and pressures to initiate a change; thus making Synapse Massage and Wellness a fitting name for our practice.

Jessica Hale
Registered Massage Therapist
Jessica has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2019, after completing her program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Based in Langley, she is excited to open her new private practice, Synapse Massage and Wellness.
Jessica views massage as a way to connect with the nervous system to promote healing and wellness. She provides care to individuals across various life stages, including pregnancy, postpartum, chronic pain, soft tissue injuries, anxiety, depression, and general tension.
Using a biopsychosocial approach, Jessica provides patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. With a passion for anatomy and the body’s resilience, she delivers an evidence-based, holistic, and inclusive approach, collaborating with patients to support their overall well-being. In the treatment room, Jessica emphasizes her core values of kindness, compassion, communication, and honesty.
Lifestyle
Driven by her true motivation – family, Jessica opened her practice in Langley to stay close to her loved ones. She is a mom of three—two daughters and a Nova Scotia Duck Toller.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys staying active through dancing and hiking. She’s also become an avid gardener, with a collection of 33 different rose plants! When she’s indoors, you’ll find her working on an art project, gaming with her little ones, or embracing her competitive side with board games.
Jessica believes in the importance of balancing life with activities that promote movement and creativity to support both mental and physical health.
